I’m trying to process this. Maybe you can help.
Maybe it’s just that I came across two items virtually back-to-back and linked dots that don’t really connect… but this is how my brain works…
I’ll leave it for you to decide.
Ideological Subversion
First I came across this 1984 interview with Yuri Bezmenov that independent musician and health freedom folk hero Five Times August posts from time to time.
Ideological subversion is the slow process, which we call either ideological subversion or active measures… or psychological warfare. What it basically means is to change the perception of reality of every American to such an extent that, despite an abundance of information, no one is able to come to sensible conclusions in the interest of defending themselves, their family, their community and their country.
It’s a great brainwashing process and it goes very slow. It’s divided in 4 basic stages, the first one being Demoralization. It takes from 15-20 years to demoralize a nation… This is the minimum number of years which is required to educate one generation of students in the country of your enemy… expose to the ideology of your enemy… without being challenged or counterbalanced by the basic values of Americanism or American Patriotism… The demoralization process in the United States is basically completed already…
A person who is demoralized is not able to assess true information… the facts tell nothing to him. Even if I shower him with authentic proof, with documents and pictures, even if I take him by force the the Soviet Union and show him concentration camps.. he will refuse to believe it…
The next stage is Destabilization… This time, and it only takes from 2-5 years to destabilize a nation, what matters is essentials: economy, foreign relations, defense systems. And you can see it quite clearly… in such sensitive areas as defense and economy, the influence of Marxist/Leninist ideas in the United States is absolutely fantastic…
The next stage, of course, is Crisis. It may take only up to 6 weeks to bring a country to the verge of crisis… and after crisis, with a violent change of power structure and economy, you have a so-called period of Normalization. And it lasts indefinitely. Normalization is a cynical expression borrowed from Soviet propaganda…
This is what will happen in the United States if you allow all the schmucks to bring the country to crisis… to promise all kinds of goodies and to promise a paradise on earth, to destabilize your economy, to eliminate the principle of free market competition and to put a Big Brother government in Washington D.C…
*I always find this part particularly chilling. It makes me think of Weaponizing Our Kindness and Empathy…
Your leftists in the United States. All these professors and all these beautiful civil rights defenders. They are instrumental in this process of subversion… only to destablilize the nation. When their job is completed, they’re not needed anymore.
The Indoctrinated Brain
Next I watched Naomi Wolf’s interview with genetic scientist and The Indoctrinated Brain author Dr. Michael Nehls.
Dr. Nehls: When I realized from my previous work on Alzheimer’s disease that the spike protein of the virus, of coronaviruses are actually attacking the brain, particularly the autobiographical memory… and a very particular function of autobiographical memory that is the production of new nerve cells which is required for its function… This inhibition leads to a situation where people have reduced psychological resilience… a lack of curiosity.
… And so curiosity and the ability to think… and all of these things are essentially encumbered by what we experienced the last 4 years and continue to be suffering based on certain variations and engineering that has taken place on the spike protein and has now been injected into a population worldwide.
Naomi Wolf: You’re saying that the virus itself attacks the part of brain processing that lets people recall autobiographical memory, right? Who they are, who they love, where they’ve been… But also attacks the part of brain processing that lets people plan and think with nuance and have curiosity. Is that correct?
Dr. Nehls: Exactly. The production of these new nerve cells which are inhibited by a process called neuroinflammation, which is severely caused by the spike protein… it was shown that it activates the immune system in a way that it produces cytokines and these cytokines are strong inhibitors of the production of required nerve cells.. in what we call the hippocampus, our autobiographical memory center. And if this is inhibited, you have severe consequences in behavior, in how we perceive the world… What is even more severe in this context.. if you have no production of these nerve cells you are prone to be uninterested in the world, you are not curious anymore, the likelihood that you develop depression is very high. In the long term it will go into Alzheimers… I’ve shown that lifelong blockade of the production of nerve cells in the hippocampus is essentially the cause of Alzheimers.
….People are essentially repeating the narrative that they’ve heard in the mainstream media. And what happens if you have no new production of these new nerve cells… if the index neuron production is down because the spike protein… and you are forced to memorize things anyway without new index neurons, the hippocampus… has to override existing index neurons.
So 2 things happen. First… with each new fear-mongered narrative, you erase a part of your former memories and part of your personality…The other thing is, the new narrative… these newly incorporated thoughts and ideas, the technocratic narratives, these become your new personality.
I know. It’s just two dots. But both dots are take me back to my fascination with what anthropologist Ashley Montagu calls “psychosclerosis”.
British-American anthropologist Ashley Montagu coined the term “psychosclerosis,” which he described as the “hardening of the attitude which causes a person to cease dreaming, seeing, thinking and leading.” In his book, Growing Young, he warned against the ossification of our thinking in adulthood, which impairs the ability to wonder, explore, and learn new things. Many of us readily acknowledge that calcification and rigidity in our bodies are associated with aging and deterioration, but we have failed to make the connection when it comes to our thinking.
…Flexibility is important. So it is troubling that scientific research confirms that the rigidity in our brains isn’t merely figurative. Primary familial brain calcifications, calcinosis, and Fahr’s syndrome are conditions marked by abnormal accumulation of calcium in the brain tissue and are associated with numerous neurodegenerative conditions and decline in cognitive function. And many of us, thanks in part to fluoride, will experience calcification of the pineal gland, which we rely on as an important link between our endocrine and neurological systems. While the most recognized symptoms of pineal gland calcification are associated with sleep problems, mood disorders, and anxiety, the pineal gland is associated with what many think of as the “third eye” and hardening points to a shutting down of creativity, intuition and access to higher states of consciousness.
Not surprisingly, the risks of calcifications in the brain increase with age and inflammatory processes, and while symptoms vary depending on the size and location of the calcifications, the impact on brain function is decidedly negative.
From where I sit, chronic inflammation and psychosclerosis are at the root of our mental health crisis… and the list of ways to generate that inflammation/calcification cycle continues to grow.
I have no way of knowing whether spike protein damage was part of a plan or just a lucky coincidence for technocrats and globalists who have been pushing hard for a “new normal”, but we should probably start acknowledging the damage and start looking for solutions.
How do we get our neurological groove back?
Here’s what Ashley Montegu had to say…
What, precisely, are those traits of childhood behavior that are so valuable and that tend to disappear gradually as human beings grow older? We have only to watch children to see them clearly displayed: curiosity is one of the most important; imaginativeness; playfulness; open-mindedness; willingness to experiment; flexibility; humor; energy; receptiveness to new ideas; honesty; eagerness to learn; and perhaps the most pervasive and the most valuable of all, the need to love….
Here’s what Elephant (my spirit guide) had to say …
The only way to be truly alive is to remain on this learning curve. The moment you step off of it, you begin the process of becoming a fossil. A relic. A statue from a fixed moment in time.
What say you?

Thank you Ann. Very significant.
I am deeply convinced that being creative and flexible is a mark of youth, irrespective of age.
And staying young has much to do with keeping up a fighting spirit for truth and justice, and a deep determination to engage daily in the process of supporting others to be happy.
Constantly thinking how you can enhance yours and others happiness, creativity flows, as well as courage, vitality, wisdom, compassion and life force.
I was taught all that from Buddhism and my dear mentor Daisaku Ikeda, who passed away two weeks ago.
