Aluminum induces Wind, both in our environment and in our bodies.
a Chinese medicine perspective
Both in my (acupuncture/Chinese Medicine) practice and my world, I’ve been witnessing abrupt and concerning “wind” patterns. And I’m not alone.
Last week on her podcast, Nicole Shanahan addressed the notion of aluminum (and potentially other metals) inducing wind based on her own real life observations. Here she describes the abrupt onset of wind that turn up after chemtrails disperse into geoengineered clouds:
“I'm a surfer, and so I was out surfing in the morning, and it was a beautiful, clear blue morning. And I started seeing the checkers starting to form. There was a plane ahead, just above, and it started to streak the sky.
…I knew what was going to happen next. It was going to, those streaks start to expand out into this kind of, like, thicker but thinner layer of clouds.
And then the wind started… and it was an offshore wind. And in that moment, because when you're surfing, your brain is relaxed, I started to remember all of my kind of Physics 101 laws of thermodynamics.
And it was this winter, it was just a few weeks ago, and I started remembering how wind will move as the ocean attracts the cold air from onshore, because it's winter time. So the air over the land is gonna be cooler. And then cloud layers might, with sun in the morning, might be warmer.
And so as the water heated, it got warmer, the wind would naturally go from a cold front to a warmer front and blow. And it was actually quite a heavy wind that came out of nowhere. And it made me realize that what the cloud layer was actually doing was it was actually heating beneath it. It wasn't cooling. It was heating beneath it. It was trapping the sunlight that was coming off the ocean as the ocean was heating in the morning.
… And as the wind was blowing, I was thinking about Los Angeles County and how that offshore wind, those Santa Ana winds were showing up in the wintertime.
How odd. They're not supposed to show up this late in the winter. It's usually a fall event.”

Shanahan’s astute observation is striking when one considers the origins and impacts of “wind” from a Chinese medicine perspective, as well as the fact that both geoengineering and the vaccination program rely heavily on the use of aluminum.
Wind as Pathogen
Chinese medicine recognizes that the climatic energies that impact ecology similarly influence biology. Wind, Cold, Heat, Dryness, Dampness and Summer Heat are all considered adverse climatic factors that can impact our health. We can therefore observe that various syndromes are more prevalent in particular climates (i.e. "damp heat” malarial conditions and tropical weather)
Wind is considered a major pathogenic factor in Chinese Medicine and behaves in our bodies in much the same way it behaves in the environment; scattering energy, moving around and changing directions, sometimes abruptly… swirling upwards and making things shake and tremble. Wind can be particularly dangerous and destructive when we don’t have the resources to maintain stability. In the environment, it’s the trees with brittle branches or compromised roots or foundations that snap or fall prey to wind. In our bodies, it is people with similar deficiencies who stand to suffer the greatest consequences of wind. The tight and constrained are inclined to snap. The weak and flaccid are primed to collapse.
The implications of changes in wind patterns are clear when you observe its potential to disrupt the environment. And as Shanahan observed, wind also has the potential to move other elements (heat, cold, precipication/dampness, dryness) with it, which is how it earned its designation at the “origin of the hundred diseases.” To this end, Chinese medicine can offer some perspective on the impacts of wind in the body, who is most vulnerable and how it can be addressed.
Pathogenic Wind is Yang and impacts the upper/outer parts of the body first. It manifests as symptoms like headache, dizziness and vertigo. Sometimes it shows up as sudden onset stuffy/itchy nose, chills and fever. Other times it can present as tics, spasms or tremors or create rigidity or paralysis in muscles leading to neck or shoulder stiffness or even Bell’s Palsy . If Wind penetrates deeper into the body - which would generally be due to some kind of deficiency and/or some kind of overwhelm - you may see seizures, convulsions, stimming, paralysis, numbness, hyperactivity/ADHD, skin conditions, joint pain and a variety of behaviors and ailments that ultimately represent a degree of lost connection to our roots. (Notably, aluminum inhibits root growth in plants.) And once wind is internal, other environmental changes can be readily stirred up. Internal Wind is generally linked to the Liver, which has a role in not just detoxification, but in the smooth flow and distribution of Qi (energy) and blood.
My husband, Ross, and I regularly observe that patterns within microcosms reflect macrocosms and vice versa, so we’ve been tracking patterns across weather, environment, culture and health. And reflections are everywhere.
Throw in a little reflective metal and all of it gets amplified. Think storms.

Or cytokine storms.
Aluminum and Wind
Given how aluminum adjuvants permeate the CDC’s recommended childhood schedule, it’s notable that wind conditions are so prevalent. Notably, symptoms associated with wind regularly appear as reported adverse events in vaccine inserts. And most inserts now contain warnings about syncope and tonic-clonic movements following vaccination.
That’s wind.
Predisposition to Wind and Impacts on the Pulse
Since Ross specializes in Chinese pulse diagnosis and has made his own observations about the impacts of wind, I asked him to weigh in on Shanahan’s observation:
Nicole Shanahan’s observation on geo-engineering’s creation of wind is consistent with the underlying theoretical principles of Chinese medicine. Moreover, her observations mirror the biological impacts of aluminum and “wind.”
Wind as a concept in Chinese medicine is multi-layered, but is created when certain factors align, namely pressure and conflict, or deficiency and instability. We know that when hot and cold air meet, this differential causes a stirring movement, resulting from this collision. The collision and conflict is an invitation to either harmonize or create change/movement. The more dramatic the conflict, the more fierce the movement can be. Second is deficiency and instability. This phenomenon takes place when, in a contained system, the balance of resources and energy becomes challenged. As nature abhors a vacuum, energy that was once anchored and stabilized, becomes chaotic and stirs into frenetic movement.
These energetic phenomena are clearly seen in Chinese pulse diagnosis in what we call the Empty pulse. But first, it is important to understand the Normal pulse shape and what it means. A Normal pulse shape looks like a bell or sine curve with the apex of the wave being less substantial as the base (it is the base where the organ system’s energetics are stored and rooted). This represents normal physiological functioning and grounded energetics. The Empty pulse presents when the base becomes compromised and the pulse is only palpable on the surface, reflecting what we refer to as ‘separation of yin and yang.’ In other words, a floating/escaping of normal physiological metabolic energy which acts in a chaotic manner due to not having a foundation. An intermediate stage image of this condition is seen below… This energetic component is always seen in cases of wind stirring internally (think dizziness, vertigo, hyperactivity and ADD/AADHD, stimming, tremors, tics, etc.).
Neurotoxic metal adjuvants in vaccines behave similarly to reflective metals that disrupt the atmosphere (via geoengieering) and elicit abrupt weather reactions. The metals most commonly used in geo-engineering are aluminum (same in vaccines), strontium, barium, etc. These are some of the most reflective metals (excluding gold/silver, etc. which are way too expensive to use in the quantities needed for weather modification). It is precisely this hyper-reflectivity that mimics the creation of wind from the mechanisms I have laid about above. For energy to be stable, it must have a solid foundation. The reflectivity of these substances keep the ‘yang’ from rooting down below to the ground, and instead are ‘forced’ to maintain positionally in the atmosphere, altering the natural communication and balance with its ‘yin’ counterpart (eg earth, ground, soil, water, etc.). This excess of yang (heat/light) in the typically colder atmosphere creates the frenetic movement above, resulting in wind.
Much in the same way as above, yang/energy can either be metabolic (useful) or inflammatory (destructive); the difference is in the appropriateness of amount and location. This can depend also on the terrain in which it occurs. Chinese medicine puts emphasis on terrain theory, while still being able to understand the specific dynamics of germ theory. This is a hugely important factor and speaks to a major difference between western biomedicine and Chinese medicine. Western medicine is digital; Chinese medicine is analog. Chinese medicine looks to the terrain, factors in all the aspects of the environment in which things occur. Western medicine isolates two variables only, hence can never truly see and appreciate patterns and behaviors. This has led to a great deal of harm as the scientific method is inherently flawed due to its digital nature. It is also why the scientific method can ‘disprove’ things that are in fact ‘true’ (because it cannot see the full picture), and ‘prove’ things that are in fact ‘false’ (again because it sees only a small reductionist isolated piece). Nothing occurs in isolation; even the act of witnessing influences outcomes. Chinese medicine understands this and elevates the terrain in the understanding. In the cases of both geoengineering and vaccines, western science is completely ignoring the terrain, but isolating cause and effect, missing the entirety of the full range of impacts these practices create.
In a post of his own addressing the terrain that predisposes someone to postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) - an increasingly common diagnosis linked to HPV and COVID vaccines - Ross describes how Liver and blood deficiency show up in Empty pulses and what that looks like.
The Empty pulse
A distinguishing factor in the nature of the stagnation in these more serious disorders, is that the stagnation comes from a state of deficiency (an inability to mobilize resources), rather than strength, with the concurrent inability to contain pathology and the spreading thereof. A hallmark feature is an Empty pulse (see below) in the middle position of the left radial artery that represents the energetics of the Liver organ system and its dynamics. The Empty pulse is characterized by the absence of a pulse in the Organ depth (Empty stage I), and/or the absence of the pulse in the Blood and Organ depths (Empty stage II).
Normal Pulse Shape:
The Normal pulse should reflect a bell or sine curve/wave which rises from the Organ depth through the Blood depth and to the Qi depth and gradually recedes back to the Organ. In other words, the pulse is strongest at the bottom where the base has the most substance, reflecting a system whose energies are rooted. This reflects normal physiology wherein the Organ depth is the root of the organ system’s energetics, vitality, foundation. The Empty pulse demonstrates a lack of foundation and is essentially a state of chaos wherein the organ can no longer adequately perform all its functions. In the images below, you will see that the deepest aspects of the pulse, where it should be strongest and most substantial, diminishes and becomes absent and occluded with pressure (as I press down to Organ depth the pulse disappears). This is a dangerous scenario and a precondition to significant life threatening illness, autoimmune disorders, metastatic cancers, etc. When this occurs in the Liver position, this suggests the incapacity to detoxify (which manifests in multiple ways, including ensuring that blood from the capillaries and the exchange of oxygen and gases/wastes returns back to the Heart and Lungs, as well as the ability to discharge toxins) and a breakdown of all the crucial functions that the Liver organ system controls (some discussed below).
Early Empty Pulse:
Middle Stage Empty I Pulse:
Later Stage Empty II Pulse:
When looking at the diagnoses of POTS, I always find an Empty Liver position (amongst the other signs), typically along with significant blood deficiency, both in the Liver and the Heart (see Rate on Exertion test above).
I recommend reading Ross’s comprehensive explanation of these dynamics, but I’ll skip to a relevant point about Wind and abrupt changes in the presence of underlying deficiency:
Response to sudden changes
A very similar dynamic is commonly encountered in athletes who stop exercising suddenly…The excessive nature of the athletes’ exercise schedules and the intensities of their aerobic workouts create an increased volume of blood circulation and a dilation of the blood vessels to accommodate it. When stopping suddenly, the blood volume decreases much faster than the vessels, which constrict much more slowly, leaving a ‘separation’ between the blood and the vessel wall, which requires its abundant contact to maintain its health, integrity, pressure, etc. This space, often described as a blood deficiency (relatively), eg, nature abhors a vacuum, creates “wind” (dizziness, light headedness, vertigo, weakness, etc.) and the resultant pathognomonic symptoms of POTS as outlined above. The concept of “wind” is an interesting one, and at is core is about the body-mind’s ability to adapt to and navigate an invitation to change. When this “invitation” is brought about abruptly, and perhaps even violently as with traumas, drugs, vaccine adjuvants, etc., it can present with dramatic symptoms as per POTS.
With the explosion of POTS over the years as a consequence to Gardasil vaccines and the Covid vaccines, we see this dynamic playing out. The spike proteins and highly inflammatory nature of these interventions is creating both a dilation of vessel and deficiency of blood (relatively), triggering the activation of POTS in those susceptible. The good news is that Chinese medicine can provide effective treatments thanks to a nuanced understanding of the body-mind energetics. Acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, supplements, eastern nutritional therapy, etc. can work wonders for reversing this pathological process.
Meanwhile, both our vaccination schedules and plans for geoengineering are only expanding. I no longer think this is a science problem. It’s a Playing God problem.
I’m hoping we can restore our reverence and respect for nature before it’s too late.
Perhaps in another post I’ll address ways of treating/healing wind conditions…
