The insane thinking is that the first line of defense should be some tool from the outside. The first line of defense is a healthy lifestyle, and simply to be more supportive of people's own intuition, which today's assembly line doctors are not permitted to do even by the system, so we over prescribe, and then we correct many times but eventually we end up with life-shortening cases of poly pharmacy. Lifestyle medicine when properly exercised would reduce the over use of drugs, and over all healthcare costs by 50-80%. People need to become more literate about their bodily needs. It's the old Navy saying that there's never enough time to do it right the first time, but there is always time to do it over. In the case of healthcare the billings are higher if we do not practice prevention, let alone disease reversal with lifestyle, so the incentive to change is mostly absent.

There's a 2024 study that bluetooth tech impacts thyroid health. The study was about the usage of wireless headsets but it warns that any bluetooth-based tech needs to be evaluated for its impact on thyroid. https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-024-63653-0
