Whatever we attune our energy to -that soul, object, art, writing, music, broadcast, frequency- moves the needle just so, and starves the fear-field. Our attention and the meaning we ascribe to it is energy. Why not keep it high vibe then?
It’s one less drop for the entities and one more ray of Light into the Joy-field. Our uplifted energies can crowd the shadow-y ones out.
Joy is the new force field. The protective shield. The way out and through.
