Anyone who reads any of my work can probably understand why this is fitting: this pandemic/awakening has got me all up in my head. My body could use a little more attention and my yoga practice could use some revitalizing.

Apparently my subconscious also has some feedback for me...

“Hugs are charging stations for humans.”

But something tells me that the research I need to do today is more experiential.

Yoga, hugs and a walk with my dogs have me off to a good start, but if I’m going to take the reuniting with my body thing seriously, I need something healthy and delicious right now… and I’m looking for some new “feel good” music if anyone wants to drop me a link!
