I’m really excited about this article!
Ross’s untangling of Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome in real time was like tagging along with Sherlock Holmes. What he can pick up on the radial artery still astounds me and I’ve been wanting him to write something for the general public about this for some time.
Our bodies have so much to tell us, if only we can learn to listen.
We don’t necessarily need to rely on bloodwork, expensive equipment and invasive tests (certainly not flawed PCR tests) to tell us when something is out of balance. The story of our health history and our present is coursing through our veins.
I encourage you to read Ross’s post. My hope is that, regardless of whether you have a POTS diagnosis, it will help deepen your understanding of your own state of health.
As always, feedback is welcome. Ross and I are both on a learning curve!
I'm definitely going to check this out!
I think that'll I'll have to subscribe to your husband's stack too! The wife and I are all about TCM. Of course, I'm just a hack and focus on herb formulas but my wife is full-blown LAc, DACM.
Do you read "A Midwestern Doctor"? He recently had a great article on blood pressure that ties into TCM nicely.
One great resource that I use for TCM herb formulas is https://www.americandragon.com/ -- very comprehensive herbs, formulas, and acupuncture resource. I use it often when creating herb formulas.
