I don’t want to give this too much energy, but I do want to put all it all in one place in the event we need to revisit any of this.
I recently posted about the July 4/Nipah bioterrorism scenario that is posed in the 2024 National Blueprint for Biodefense (as well as some potential ways to protect our health).
You can read the full 2024 National Blueprint for Biodefense here, but here’s the scenario they’re preparing for:
Nine weeks ago, some nation or terrorist group—we still do not know who—attacked the Nation’s Capital and other US cities with biological weapons as we celebrated Independence Day. The infectious agent they used killed at least 280,000 Americans and infected at least 400,000 throughout the country in a single day, in addition to the 200,000 dead and 800,000 sickened animals. These numbers will increase as the disease spreads. Many of our own colleagues and staff here in Congress fell ill and died. Coordinated attacks in allied nations in the days that followed killed tens of thousands more.
We are now hearing that the terrorists conducted smaller scale attacks in American cities and localities prior to the July 4 incidents to test our defenses and gauge our responses. These smaller-scale attacks went largely unnoticed.
Laboratory tests confirm that Nipah virus caused the disease, but we still do not know what methods our adversaries used to infect humans and spread the disease among livestock in rural communities.
Based on what David Martin’s saying, you may want to consider skipping the big fireworks events this year.
Like Event 201, this is a scenario, not a plan. But knowing how the Covid plandemic mirrored Event 201, I understand the concerns.
But there are also some other narratives circling July 4th weekend that we may want to keep our eye on.
Diquat in our rivers and lakes
So this actually IS happening. Diquat will be sprayed in at least some rivers and waterways, ostensibly to address an overgrowth of hydrilla, beginning July 5th.
“Connecticut is about to poison its own lakes and rivers with a highly toxic chemical called diquat. And it seems like no one knows about it. It's actually a coordinated plan that they're about to roll out in states all over the country. This particular chemical is banned in Europe and highly toxic to humans and wildlife alike. I've even heard landscapers refer to diquat as the nuclear option. The way these scumbags are getting away with it is by saying it's used to kill an invasive plant species called hydrilla, which I'm sure it does, along with everything else in the water, and then us by circumstance. When I looked up if they were doing it in my state of Connecticut, I was shocked to see that right after the 4th of July, they plan on spraying it in several lakes out here. Of course, when you start to follow the money, you see how this plan has huge state funding and therefore is lining a whole lot of pockets.”
You can read a public notice detailing one such plan in Connecticut here. Looks like it was also done last spring.
Here’s how Diquat can impact our health:
Diquat, an herbicide banned in the European Union but still widely used in the U.S., damages the intestines and may also trigger a harmful chain reaction in the rest of the body—injuring the liver, kidney, and lungs, according to a new review of more than 100 studies.
The herbicide has traditionally been studied for its toxic effects on the liver and kidneys. However, this review, recently published [May 2025] in Frontiers in Pharmacology, suggests the intestines are a key target for its harmful effects.
Studies show that diquat weakens the intestinal barrier, kills beneficial bacteria, interferes with nutrient absorption, and triggers chronic inflammation, among other impacts. These local injuries may fuel damage in distant organs through a “gut-organ axis,” making diquat’s toxicity more widespread and dangerous than previously understood, the researchers say.

Signs of Diquat toxicity including nervousness, irritability, restlessness, aggression, disorientation, cognitive issues, and reduced reflexes.
So, on July 5th, a toxic herbicide that can disrupt gut, brain and organ function, will be released into at least some waterways. We’ll be told that, in small amounts it won’t do that kind of harm, but we’ll never really get access to what amounts we’re exposed to.
It makes me think about DDT and polio, and decoy narratives and plausible deniability. We’re always seeded with something to fear, something to blame, ideas to confuse us and fuel distrust. We don’t have to engage with all of that now, although the initial post gives names and numbers of people to call if you want to object. Meanwhile, let the be a data dump for future review.
@sampeaceamerica’s thread theorizes a coordinated attack that suggests that even the invasive species are “planted.”
Who knows.
Lastly, we can no longer have summer without a flesh-eating bacteria scare.
Flesh-eating Vibrio at the beach

Dozens of popular beaches across six states have issued urgent do-not-visit warnings ahead of July 4th weekend, as dangerously high levels of bacteria in the water threaten serious health risks… ahead of one of the year’s busiest travel weeks, officials have banned swimming at 43 beaches across Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Washington, Michigan and California, as reported by USA Today.
The closures are due to elevated bacteria levels in the water - particularly the presence of Vibrio.
They link to an article detailing the horrors of this “flesh-eating bacteria.”
Ahead of the holiday weekend, the CDC warns that Vibrio infections can cause a range of symptoms, including diarrhea, stomach cramps, vomiting, fever, blistering skin lesions, dangerously low blood pressure, and swelling.
(I’m going to gently remind you that just about every disease is a disease of vulnerability and toxicity threshold.)
I don't advise getting terrorized by any of it, but rather recognize that truth and terror can be woven together to scare and manipulate us in all kinds of ways. Let’s just be aware and use the tools we’ve got to deal with it.
I was just listening to Dr David Martin on David Rodriguez’s podcast talking in detail about this freak show scenario which may or may not happen. But just a reminder - these clowns are very clever about leading those astray who are tracking their sinister plans. And they know better than most that more of us than ever are onto them after they left a few too many clues before their last big false flag events (9/11 and Covid). I’ve heard part of their satanic pact is that they have to inform the world of what they’re up to - then they can rationalize their evil doings saying to themselves “we warned them but they didn’t believe it so you can’t blame us”.
So it’s not a bad idea to be careful. But remember that sometimes they put this stuff out just to throw us off their scent. And their ultimate goal is to produce maximum fear. This can be avoided by reminding oneself that our days are numbered and one day we won’t be around so what’s all the big huff about? Try living life like you have no tomorrow and see how it fits. From personal experience I tell you it’s the only way to ride this wave we’re on.
Ann - is the best way to find out if Diquat is used locally to just inquire of the town manager or other such official? Are they required to post this sort of thing?
