I’m beginning to wonder of these global councils just get together to execute pathological and genocidal world dominating daydreams.

Spoiler alert: in the simulation, the bioengineered virus is vaccine resistant. (In real life we already have widespread immune exhaustion and dysregulation, so the population is more vaccine resistant.)
