Leave the World Behind, the Netflix movie co-produced by the Obamas, invites us to expand our limited thinking just enough to include the apocalyptic potential of global power.
My advice: decline the invitation.
My opinion: This movie is part confession, part mind-seed planting, part fear porn and part mockery. A CIA psyop wrapped in Hollywood self indulgence.
Here’s Eva Vlaardingerbroek’s take:
So we see a movie here that is co-produced by the Obamas about a potential cyberattack, which causes mayhem… and it reminded me an awful lot of a narrative portrayed in a video published about 2 years ago about the World Economic Forum. And this was a video in which they supposedly “warned” us of a “cyber pandemic”… And they detail what could happen if we are under cyberattack and that the only way that we could solve and attack like that would be to disconnect everything and everyone completely from the internet…
This seems to be like a classic case of predictive programming.
What is predictive programming?
Predictive programming is the idea that our government or our elites for example use things like fictional stories, movies, the media, Hollywood, to condition the general public and prepare them for a certain type of future event.
Maybe. But I think it’s more than that.
The movie itself it trauma-inducing. The high-pitched sounds that temporarily incapacitate the characters are an auditory assault on the viewers as well. From the start the characters are soul-less, unimaginative and void of empathy. Their responses to bizarre and terrifying events feel blunted. Programmed. No one is relatable.
I felt kind of sick watching it, like I knew it was bad for me. And still I watched to the end (an ending that makes perfect sense in a soul-less world).
I miss enjoying movies. I used to love them. I used to write screenplays (no, never got a movie made) and I still love a good story. But nowadays almost everything on TV feels like an agenda-driven puppet show attempting to shape my perception and elicit my compliance. Why would I subject myself to this?
If I’m being honest, sometimes I’m just tired at the end of the day and need to shut off and do something passive. Other times I watch to “study”. I decode the movies. I spot the seed-planting. I try to decipher the motives. But witnessing what’s happened to our collective consciousness, I think I need to acknowledge that I’m exposing myself to some pretty invasive mind viruses. Watching Netflix has become like spending my free time trying NOT to get hypnotized. Like voluntarily enduring re-education camp for sport. It’s the opposite of self care.
Two Wolves: A Parable
Here’s a little story that explains why:
An old Cherokee is teaching his grandson about life. “A fight is going on inside me,” he said to the boy.
“It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is evil – he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.” He continued, “The other is good – he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. The same fight is going on inside you – and inside every other person, too.”
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, “Which wolf will win?”
The old Cherokee simply replied, “The one you feed.
The entertainment industry under the influence of globalists is the real life Monsters Inc. It’s a parasitic entity that feeds off our fear when it’s not lulling us into oblivion. Let’s stop feeding the beast and start nourishing ourselves.
DON’T leave the world behind. Don’t internalize the triggers. Instead, go out into the world and find the glimmers - the hugs, the hikes, the good conversations and laughter.
You don’t have to watch this movie to learn the most relevant truth in it: dependence on cyber connection will leave you powerless. Root back into the power of real connection - to your heart and nature and family and community.
That’s where it’s at.
I will not watch - I will not feed the 'evil' wolf. I will continue to connect with loved ones, spend time in the Natural World - G.O.D - GreatOutDoor & will never stop speaking TRUTH to tyranny. GOD is my refuge & lives in the TRUTH ...
I watched this movie the other night with my wife and felt the same exact way you did, that watching it was horrible for me. Earlier that same day I read an article, probably on ZeroHedge, that discussed how the "elites" were predicting a cyber attack in 2024. If these douche bags know that something like cyber attack is going to occur why don't they stop it? Because they want it to occur. I also believe that they put out shit like this movie in order for things like a cyberattack to enter the collective consciousness, more people who fear these things, and spend energy on doing so, help bring it into reality.
