Ann, You cut through the confusion some have when you wrote: "The issue is not not so much about whether we accept people, but whether we we agree that the current medical protocols that claim to support the transgender community are actually in the bests interests of the people who seek them."

Thank you, Barry. As is so often the case, I feel like that confusion is "planted" and it drives me crazy. Of course we want people to be supported and have their needs met. Reading the EO, it just seems like another opportunity to assert a new reality and change laws accordingly. And, once again, it's the medical cartel that gains protection.

Thank you ATR for a powerful & informative article. Dear Lord, deliver us from evil & help us to help ourselves. I believe this is Spiritual warfare - my Soul & gender are NOT for sale. Blessings to you for speaking Truth to medical tyranny ...

It’s not gender-affirming care, let’s call it what it really is. It’s bodily mutilation!

"When Globalists and Governments Take Up Your Cause, Pay Close Attention"-- so true. This is how I feel about the UN Agenda 2030. Unfortunately it is like voting for various propositions-- most sound good on the surface, but you have to dig deep to figure out what they are really about, and sometimes even then they are impossible to parse.

The US is doing it right though. Individual states are setting their own standards. You don’t like it? Leave. Or, vote the person out of office. Hard on those ruined by gender idiocy. But the best way forward will be shown. It would help if we had a media that reported results in an unbiased manner. But, having choice is better than in Canada, where there is no choice.

The Provinces are supposed to have medical autonomy. But our system

Of transfer payments from the Federal Gov back to the Provinces gives the senior government a de facto control. In addition, the standards of care are set across the country. I would think a Province stepping back from gender affirming care would be forced to come around and offer it.
