The also say, "It's unhealthy to stay on a ketogenic diet" and, "an excess of niacin in the body causes cancer." Somehow I've been on a ketogenic diet for over two years without any issues and I also have been taking 3g of niacin per day for over six months (sure is cheaper than Tru Niagen and I'd argue that it's just as effective).

Imagine listening to your own body and your own instincts and forging your own path to healing!

While there are merits to many of the arguments for and against various interventions, taking any of those perspectives as fact or doctrine tends to cause problems. I'm wary of all proclamations in medicine. As a Chinese medicine practitioner, I see variations in individual constitutions and presentations that mean that some diets/medications/herbs/treatments serve some people and others serve others. And even those change and people move towards or away from balance. Nothing is one-size-fits-all.

So blatantly corrupt in the USA where so much is privately funded. The determination to keep people ill is satanic.

Yes, the corruption runs deep, but there's such a broad spectrum of reasons people participate in this. They've got us by our fear, our goodwill, our paycheck, our survival instinct, our greed, our ignorance, our need to fit in, our belief in scarcity and enemies, our need to be right, our aversion to uncertainty... Such a kaleidoscope of shadows and light. I don't know the way out, but I suspect forgiveness and introspection on everyone's part would take us a long way towards truth and healing.
